What is the registration fee?
Early bird registration (until February 12, 2010): $995 USD
Standard registration (after February 13, 2010): $1295 USD

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, pre-conference training workshops, conference welcome reception and conference party.

Pre-conference training is now available. See the agenda page for full course detail. Register for these courses when you complete your conference registration. If you are currently registered log into your account using the orange "Register Now" button at the top of the page. Select the "agenda" option. From this page you can chose the courses you would like to participate in. Select at the bottom of the wizard and then "finalize" to confirm your changes.

Is there an additional charge for Service-now.com pre-conference training?
Service-now.com Pre-Conference Training Workshops are included in all pricing options (space permitting).

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
Air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. In the registration process attendees can book their hotel accommodations.

I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?
Currently we are not offering group discounts.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
After registering you will receive an automated email confirmation. Use your email and password to log into the registration system to edit your account. You have the ability to register for sessions (once announced), cancel your registration and change account information.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We request attendees pay by credit card using the online registration system. The system will provide a receipt when registration is complete. This will also be emailed to you.

Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company. In order to complete this transfer, use your email and password (created upon registration) to log into your account. On the first page you have the option to make a substitution or cancel your registration. Please follow the online instructions. What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations received by March 29, 2010 will receive a full refund. After March 29, 2010, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration and hotel reservation to a colleague from your company at any time prior to the conference.

What is the closest airport?
San Diego International Airport is located downtown just 3.4 miles away from the conference hotel, Omni San Diego Hotel. We suggest using a taxi to and from the airport. It’s about a 10-minute trip.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?
April weather is some of San Diego's best! Daytime highs of 60 to 70 degrees are standard, with a near-perfect relative humidity of 60 percent. Bright blue skies during daytime are preceded and followed by light fog and clouds in early morning and late evening.

When should I arrive?
The official start of the conference begins on Monday April 19th at 6:00 pm with the opening welcome reception. We encourage our attendees to arrive Monday early afternoon in order to register for the conference; registration is scheduled for Monday at 3pm to 6pm. The opening keynote begins the next morning, Tuesday at 9:00 am. Our conference closing is tentatively scheduled for Thursday afternoon. We suggest an evening flight home on Thursday in order to make the most of your week.

How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate and evening wear for the conference party on Tuesday April 20th is optional.

Are discounted rates available at the Omni San Diego Hotel?
Yes. The discounted rate is $215/night + tax. Please book your accommodations directly through the registration process. Use your email and password, created initially, to edit this information as well.
